As per Federal code of conduct, the American flag should always be displayed furthest to the left and the military flag should be displayed furthest to the right of the US flag.
- Don’t let the flag touch the ground: It is considered a disrespect to the flag if the flag touches the ground. Military people are very disciplined and they never let the flag whether it be American or military or state to touch the ground.
